Chez Christophe expanded in 2016 by hopping across the street to a larger location at 4717 Hastings Street. The support and business from the Burnaby Heights community of the past years helped Christophe and his wife grow into a new space which was perfect for their growth.
Christophe discovered chocolate at the age of ten whilst he was helping his mother make chocolate truffles as a gift for Christmas. Since then the passion for sweet food never left him. After numerous postings around the world, Christophe and Jess now call Canada their home. After arriving in Canada with his wife Jess, Christophe was the Executive Pastry Chef at the award-winning CinCin Ristorante before opening their own shop. Christophe is a firm believer that you are constantly learning throughout your life for the learning curve never ends.
Christophe is also honoured to be one of Cacao Barry® Ambassadors in Canada and become a part of of such a elite club.
